Safeguarding Statement

The wellbeing of all our children is of paramount importance to all the adults who work in our school. Our children have the right to protection to be safe and feel safe in our school and out of school. Working together with parents is crucial and there may be times whereby school needs to approach parents to discuss disclosures or physical marks on children, this is not judgemental but supportive of the child and is a way of securing accurate information.

Welcome our new web site. We are still uploading content so you may see some pages that are not as up-to-date as they should be. We hope that you find it easy to use and find all of the information you require, whether you are a current or prospective parent or a member of the wider community.

If you have any feedback, or suggestions for other information you would like to see on the site, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We have chosen Greenhouse School Websites to be our CMS (Content Management System) provider because of the range of features that we can make use of when communicating with our children's parents and guardians.

For our parents and guardians whose first language is not English, we would encourage the use of the translate option which appears at the top of every page.

The first icon will allow you to translate the information on the page into your own language. We make use of the free Google Translate product which currently supports in excess of 240 languages. 

We want our web site to be accessible by all, so making use of a translation system was at the root of the design of our new website.

The site can be displayed on all devices and will resize to suit the device that you're viewing on. You can add the school events calendar to your iPhone or android phone.
